1. Services

TeachMeAI.in provides:

• 1:1 mentorship sessions (Clarity Call, Starter, Growth packages)
• Courses, workshops, and faculty development programs
• Digital resources (notes, slides, templates, recordings, where applicable)

All services are for individual learning and professional development.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings and payments are handled securely via Topmate.
• Payment is collected upfront at the time of booking.
• Prices are shown in the Topmate interface at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds follow Topmate's standard policy.

4. Use of Services

• Services are for educational and professional development purposes only.
• They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice.
• You are responsible for how you apply learning to your work or career.

5. Digital Content & Materials

• Any materials shared (notes, slides, recordings) are for personal use only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell materials without permission.

6. Privacy & Data

• Basic personal information (e.g., name, email, profession) is collected only to deliver services.
• Data you share in sessions or intake forms may be stored securely (e.g., in Google Sheets) for mentoring and progress tracking.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TeachMeAI.in is not liable for business outcomes, employment decisions, or third-party tool/platform errors.
• All services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
